At The Serene Spot we like to spoil our clients by offering a warm table, warm towels, complimentary aromatherapy and biofreeze applications. We take a few minutes after your massage to point out any areas that we noticed need your attention and give you some tips on how to stretch properly to help those areas. We offer a variety of massages to suit your every need. In addition to the massages listed below, we specialize in tailoring our services to fit your specific needs such as Reiki, Cupping, Normatec Compression Therapy, Rapid Relief Therapy and Facials.
Do you want to know a little about the owner? Anaika Ocasio is the owner and one of the operators of The Serene Spot she is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Graduate of Branford Hall Career Institute and awarded The Excellence Award for Massage Therapy. She completed her Clinical hours in an Externship at Smilow Cancer Hospital under the supervision of Gisela Boxleitner, founder of the Complementary Services at Smilow-Yale New Haven Hospital, working on Cancer patients both in and out patients.
